The ECO Navigator Training curriculum entails 5 distinct modules, each of approximately 60-90 minutes:
- Accessing & Using ECO
- Core Knowledge about the Immigration System
- Understanding Immigration Documents
- Trauma Informed Interviewing Techniques
- Navigation Practice
All individuals seeking accreditation as an ECO navigator are required to actively participate in and complete all 5 modules.
